Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our landscaping crew part-time. This is an entry-level landscaping position assisting our foreman with routine landscape maintenance and outdoor property work/projects. No landscaping experience is required. Experience with landscaping, yard maintenance, lawn care, outdoor labor, or basic equipment safety is a plus, but we care much more about your attitude and reliability. What You'll Do You'll work alongside our foreman helping complete day-to-day landscaping and property maintenance tasks.

Work may include:

Mowing, weed whacking, and edging Weeding and general yard cleanup Trimming and basic landscape maintenance Moving green waste, tools, and materials Assisting the foreman with landscaping projects Using basic landscaping tools and equipment Keeping job sites clean and organized Following basic equipment and job-site safety practices What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Shows up on time and ready to work Has a positive attitude Is willing to work hard and stay productive Is comfortable working outdoors and doing physical work Can listen to instructions and work well with a foreman Communicates clearly if something comes up Takes pride in doing a job correctly Is dependable with the schedule they commit to Reliability is especially important to us. Our scheduling is semi-flexible. You can tell us what days and times you are regularly available, and we'll schedule around that availability when possible. In return, we expect you to reliably show up for the availability and shifts you commit to. We strongly value someone who may have limited availability but is consistent and dependable over someone with open availability who frequently changes their schedule. Experience No previous landscaping experience is necessary. We are willing to train the right person. Previous experience with landscaping maintenance, lawn care, groundskeeping, weed whacking, mowing, outdoor labor, construction, farming, or equipment safety is a plus. Ideal Candidate This could be a good fit for someone looking for part-time outdoor work with a semi-flexible schedule who enjoys staying active and working with their hands in the Kahuku/North Shore area. Pay:

$18.00 - $28.50 per hour
