Position Summary:
Responsible for the efficient operation of a property maintenance crew. Expected to work in cooperation with the Property Maintenance Manager, other crews, and customers to complete professional, high-quality projects on time. Serves as an assistant to the Production Manager and may take on overflow tasks as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise crew performance and provide daily job instructions Manage and motivate employees to meet and exceed achievable goals Assist in development and implementation of departmental goals Promote an attitude of safety Load/unload trucks with necessary materials, supplies, and equipment Train and mentor team members Maintain accurate records of time, equipment usage and projects that are complete Communicate courteously with customers as needed Follow and enforce company policy Serve as assistant to the Mow/Property Maintenance Production Manager Address problems, troubleshoot, and evaluate priorities of work tasks Lift at least 100 lbs using proper technique
