Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a team of landscape workers in daily operations
• Plan and execute landscape projects, including garden design, irrigation installation, tree care, and landscape maintenance
• Supervise and participate in lawn care activities such as mowing, trimming, and edging
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols
• Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences
• Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary materials and equipment
• Train and mentor team members on proper landscaping techniques
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance and construction
• Strong knowledge of garden design principles, irrigation systems, tree care, and lawn care practices
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in using landscaping tools and equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
