Job Description

Landscape Installation Crew Lead Join our team as a Landscape Installation Crew Lead and play a key role in creating beautiful outdoor spaces! We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about landscaping and eager to learn. In this role, you will assist with the installation of various landscape features, including plants, hardscapes, and irrigation systems.

Responsibilities:

Lead a landscaping crew to effectively complete project on time and budget Able to read and implement landscape plans Coordinate with Manager and line out work Assisting with the installation of plants, trees, and shrubs Installing hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls Installing irrigation systems and ensuring proper functioning Preparing and grading soil Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools Ensuring all work is completed according to design specifications and quality standards Following all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous experience in landscaping Crew Leader position Driver's license with clean record preferred. Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools Knowledge of plants and landscaping techniques Strong attention to detail Ability to work well in a team environment Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
