Jacobs is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Support Professional to join our Boise, ID team. This role serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers, providing professional support, resolving inquiries, coordinating service requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Our goal is to help our customers bring innovative solutions to life, worldwide. You will have the opportunity to grow professionally through interfacing with internal and external customers and cross discipline technical specialists. This position is a non-exempt hourly opportunity. LI-AC2 Bachelor's degree in business administration. Minimum 3-5 years of customer service, administrative support, or related experience. Experience leading and/or managing a team. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Ideally, you'll also have: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience supporting engineering, construction, consulting, or professional services organizations. Familiarity with project-based business environments. Ability to promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Ability to provide accurate information regarding Jacobs services, project status, billing, and company processes. Confidence coordinating with engineering, project management, finance, and operations teams to support customer requests. Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.
