This position is ideal for an early-career field leader with strong hands-on landscaping knowledge who is ready to take ownership of crew performance, project quality, and daily field operations. The Landscaping Superintendent will oversee landscape installation through completion and transition finished projects into ongoing maintenance. The role requires practical knowledge of landscaping in the Boise and Treasure Valley area, strong crew-management skills, and the ability to coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and schedules. Experience 3-5 years of professional landscaping experience, including landscape construction/installation and maintenance. Previous experience leading or supervising a landscaping crew, including assigning work, training employees, and monitoring productivity. Experience with irrigation installation, operation, troubleshooting, repair, seasonal startup, and winterization. Hands-on experience with grading, soil preparation, sod/seed, trees, shrubs, planting beds, rock, mulch, and related landscape installation. Experience with ongoing landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, pruning, plant care, irrigation adjustments, seasonal cleanup, and property upkeep. Experience reading and working from landscape, planting, and irrigation plans. Experience safely operating and overseeing landscape and light construction equipment. Qualifications Strong crew leadership and communication skills with the ability to train employees, maintain accountability, and keep crews productive. Working knowledge of Boise/Treasure Valley landscaping conditions, including climate, soils, seasonal requirements, plant selection, irrigation, and water-conscious practices. Ability to plan daily field operations, including labor, materials, equipment, and work sequencing. Ability to inspect work for quality, plan compliance, plant health, and proper installation or maintenance. Strong understanding of landscape and jobsite safety practices. Ability to coordinate effectively with EBS management, construction teams, vendors, subcontractors, and other trades. Dependable and organized, with the ability to independently manage day-to-day field activities and communicate project needs or issues to management. Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate company vehicles and work outdoors in changing seasonal conditions.
