Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead outdoor landscaping projects with energy and precision. In this vital role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of landscape install crew, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscaping install crew on various outdoor projects, including irrigation, planting, hardscaping. Manage and execute hardscaping construction projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Oversee irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal landscape health. Identify different plant species and provide horticultural guidance to maintain healthy landscapes. Operate equipment and ensure proper use of company vehicles for project transportation. Lead team management efforts by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing training, and maintaining high safety standards. Ensure all outdoor work complies with environmental regulations and company policies while delivering exceptional quality. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape install hardscapes and irrigation with a focus on outdoor work environments. Demonstrated supervising or team management experience within landscaping or construction settings. Strong knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, and landscape design principles. Skilled in operating equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, excavator ,and irrigation tools; experience with landscape construction is needed Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and safety protocols. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles; familiarity with construction or hardscaping equipment is a must Excellent communication skills combined with leadership qualities to motivate team members effectively.
