This role will oversee the RV site operations of one of our Manufactured Housing Communities in the Pocatello, Idaho area , consisting of 41 RV sites . The Opportunity As an RV Manager , you will play an important role in creating a safe, clean, welcoming, and well-managed community for our residents and guests. This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills. You'll interact with current and prospective residents, maintenance staff, vendors, and members of our corporate support team. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of daily operations while being supported by a collaborative team. What You'll Do Community & Site Operations Oversee the day-to-day operations of the RV site Manage site rentals, guest check-ins and check-outs, and site availability Ensure residents and guests follow community rules and policies Maintain accurate records and operational information Resident & Guest Experience Serve as a primary point of contact for current and prospective residents and guests Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service Show the property to prospective residents and help lease available sites Build positive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries Property & Vendor Coordination Help ensure grounds, amenities, and facilities are clean, functional, and well-maintained Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors regarding repairs, landscaping, and improvements Help monitor facilities, including restrooms, laundry areas, utilities, vending machines, and other community amenities Assist with property improvements and capital projects Leasing, Collections & Marketing Support efforts to lease available RV sites Follow up with prospective residents and inquiries Support marketing initiatives and site promotions Help ensure monthly rents and payments are collected in a timely manner Collaborate with internal team members regarding delinquency and resident accounts Team Collaboration Work closely with internal departments and property team members Help resolve maintenance concerns and work orders Collaborate on property renovations and improvements Support projects in completing goals on time and within budget
