Working under the site manager, you'll learn to craft incredible spaces using a variety of landscaping disciplines. Some experience required, but not a long career. We will train and lead for the right candidate. Experience with sprinkler systems, lawns and plants, operating machinery, and installing stone hardscaping a plus. We need a candidate who can problem-solve, work independently with confidence, and can learn new skills and techniques quickly. Pay scale provides opportunities for profit-sharing and commission payouts, along with cash bonuses for performance. Duties Lead and supervise landscape construction crews to ensure timely and high-quality project completion. Operation of equipment Collaborate with clients, designers, and team members to interpret project plans and specifications accurately. Requirements Some experience in landscape construction, landscaping, or related outdoor projects. Familiarity with construction processes including site preparation, hardscaping, planting techniques, and equipment operation. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
