What a Typical Day Looks Like As a Landscape & Hardscape Foreman, you'll lead projects from start to finish. Your day involves reviewing plans, coordinating crews and materials, and making sure each job site runs smoothly. You'll oversee installations—retaining walls, patios, landscape beds, lighting—and keep everything on schedule and up to quality standards. Traveling between Bethalto area job sites in a company truck and trailer is part of the routine. You'll also train team members and maintain a safe, organized, professional work environment. Seasonal duties like snow removal are included as needed. • Experienced in landscape and hardscape installation with 2-3+ years as a foreman
• Calm and organized with strong scheduling and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable leading a crew with clear, respectful communication

• Able to drive safely between job sites and operate trucks with trailers

• Lead and manage all phases of landscape and hardscape projects
• Coordinate crews, equipment, deliveries, and schedules
• Install retaining walls, patios, landscape beds, outdoor lighting, and more
• Ensure layouts, grades, and quality meet company standards
• Monitor job-site safety and professionalism
• Communicate clearly with customers and resolve issues promptly
