Job Overview Nature's Perspective Landscaping is seeking an experienced Landscape Enhancement Foreman / Crew Leader to lead plant-focused landscape improvement projects. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing a crew and completing high-quality enhancement work safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Lead and work alongside a landscape enhancement crew. Oversee plant installations, bed renovations, soil preparation, transplanting, mulching and related improvements. Organize daily work, materials, tools and crew assignments. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and according to company quality standards. Communicate with managers, clients and crew members while completing required reporting. What We're Looking For At least three years of professional landscaping experience, including crew-leadership experience. Strong knowledge of plants, proper installation techniques and horticultural practices. Ability to read landscape plans, organize projects and guide a crew. Basic hardscape and drainage installation or repair knowledge is helpful but not required. Experience with proper plant removal techniques. Ability to work outdoors, perform physical labor and lift up to 50 pounds. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is required; this position requires driving. $21.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
