Landscape Foreman Jake's Lawn Care is looking for an experienced and dependable Landscape Foreman to lead our crew and help complete high-quality landscaping and lawn care projects. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can lead a crew efficiently, and has hands-on landscaping experience. Responsibilities Lead and manage a landscaping crew on job sites Drive a company truck and trailer safely Load, secure, and transport equipment and materials Read job instructions and make sure work is completed correctly Communicate with the owner regarding job progress, materials, and any issues Keep the crew productive and jobs on schedule Perform landscape installations, including plants, mulch, sod, edging, and other materials Perform seasonal cleanups and property maintenance Safely operate commercial landscaping equipment Maintain clean and organized trucks, trailers, equipment, and job sites Provide professional and respectful service around customers and their properties Requirements Previous professional landscaping experience required Previous crew leadership or foreman experience preferred Experience driving a truck and trailer required Valid driver's license and good driving record Comfortable operating commercial landscaping equipment Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work Able to lift 50+ lbs Reliable transportation to work Strong communication and leadership skills Dependable, punctual, and hardworking Able to work efficiently without constant supervision This is a great opportunity for an experienced landscaper who is ready to take responsibility for a crew and grow with a growing landscaping company.
