This role is essential for maintaining our commitment to excellence in landscape services. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the landscaping crew to ensure efficient operations. Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, tree care, and irrigation system management. Provide hands-on support in landscaping projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality expectations. Train and mentor crew members on best practices in gardening, horticulture, and maintenance techniques. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with company standards and client specifications. Manage equipment usage and maintenance to ensure all tools are in good working condition. Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or special requests regarding their landscapes. Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping projects. Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, and irrigation systems. Familiarity with construction processes related to landscaping projects. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
