JOB DESCRIPTION

Leaders Staffing's Direct Hire Division is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to join a local, family-owned landscaping company that's growing! The client is looking for a hands-on Foreman to lead crews in a year-round, permanent position . This role works in the field daily, provides direction to crew members, troubleshoots job-site issues, plans ahead for upcoming work, and delivers excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Lead and work alongside crew members daily Provide clear direction and maintain productivity on job sites Troubleshoot and resolve job-site challenges Proactively plan labor, materials, and equipment for jobs Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company well Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean MVR Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and excellent attendance Previous landscape experience leading a small crew #

JACLS Pay:

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
