Compensation & Benefits Pay:

Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape installation crews on assigned job sites to ensure high standards of workmanship. Execute comprehensive landscape construction work, including grading, planting, hardscape installation, irrigation, and drainage. Review project plans, layouts, and specifications prior to starting work to ensure accuracy and alignment with the overarching vision. Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members to maximize operational productivity. Monitor production, workmanship, and job progress throughout the day to maintain project schedules. Maintain job site safety and strictly enforce company safety policies to protect the team and property. Communicate job progress, potential issues, and material needs clearly to the Project Manager. Requirements Possess 5+ years of preferred experience in landscape construction or installation. Demonstrate prior experience leading crews or acting as a lead installer. Exhibit strong knowledge of landscape installation techniques and associated materials. Possess the ability to accurately read and understand landscape plans and site layouts. Show a basic understanding of equipment operation and essential job site safety protocols. Display strong communication and leadership skills to effectively guide teams on-site. Hold an active, valid driver's license.
