A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

- maintain trails, campsites, waterfront areas and outdoor spaces Equipment Management
- manage the inventory, maintenance, and repair of camp equipment such as tools, vehicles, boats, and recreational gear Emergency Preparedness
- develop and implement emergency action plans Training and Leadership
- provide training and guidance to seasonal staff, volunteers, and youth members Customer Service
- provide friendly and responsive customer service to camp visitors and staff, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Reporting
- documentation of maintenance activities, equipment inventories, safety inspections, and environmental initiatives Budget Management High School degree of equivalent
