Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Landscape / Planting Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading landscape installations and a strong background in planting trees, shrubs, perennials, sod, mulch, and boulders. Responsibilities Lead and perform softscape installation projects including planting trees, shrubs, perennials, laying sod, spreading mulch, and setting boulders with great attention to detail. Demonstrate exceptional dependability, punctuality, and work ethic on site. Must be able and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Able and willing to work flexible hours usually between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Some weekend work required. Must lift heavy weights, operate a wheelbarrow, trim hedges, spread mulch, and manage installation projects. Must be able to walk, stand, lift, and bend extensively daily, including regularly lifting to 75 lbs. Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in landscape installation. Must have an insurable driver's license. Experience Proven hands-on experience as a Landscape Foreman or lead in softscape/planting installation (planting trees, shrubs, perennials, sod, mulch, and boulders). Close attention to detail and precision in landscape execution. Proven track record of reliability and job stability. Proficiency in using hand tools and heavy machinery common to landscape installation.

Pay:

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 48.0 per week
