A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Pool Foreman•
Plant Studio Landscape Pay:
$26.00•$32.00 per hour
Job Description:
This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a seasoned Pool Foreman with a proven track record of managing crews and executing high-end inground pool and outdoor living installations. If you haven't led a crew in the field for at least 2 years, please do not apply. The Pool Foreman is responsible for overseeing site excavation, plumbing, equipment installation, and structural completion on-site using a variety of hand tools, specialized power tools, and heavy equipment.
Pool Foreman Experience & Requirements:
5+ years pool construction experience preferred (2 years minimum required) 2+ years supervisory/foreman experience required Insurable driver's license (no exceptions)
Leadership:
Strong ability to lead, train, and support a crew of 1-3 team members on-site.
Plans & Blueprint Reading:
Ability to read and execute blueprints, grading plans, site plans, and pool mechanical diagrams.
Heavy Equipment:
Proficiency in operating heavy machinery (Skid steers, excavators, trenchers).
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of pool plumbing, hydraulics, heater/filtration equipment set up, and pool coping/decking prep is highly preferred.
Work Schedule:
Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, usually between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some weekend work required during peak season.
