Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscaping Crew Manager to lead our landscaping team in delivering high-quality outdoor maintenance and construction services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance, lawn care, and horticulture, and the ability to oversee multiple projects efficiently. This role involves supervising crew members, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional service delivery. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping activities including landscape maintenance, lawn care, tree care, irrigation, gardening, and construction projects. Lead a team of crew members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of work. Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope. Maintain equipment and tools related to landscape maintenance and construction. Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site to promote a safe working environment for all team members. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations. Assist in preparing work schedules. Support the development of new business opportunities through excellent service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, horticulture, or related fields. Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction environments. Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care, gardening techniques, and general maintenance practices. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment or materials as needed. Valid license or relevant certifications preferred but not mandatory. Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship.
