Bluestem Lawn & Landscape Olathe, KS Job Details Full-time $24 - $32 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Outdoor work experience Driver's License Full Job Description SUMMARY Bluestem Lawn & Landscape is seeking an experienced Skilled Landscape Crew Foreman to oversee a 2-3 person crew and manage landscape and hardscape installation projects. This leadership role requires a motivated, detail-oriented professional who can work independently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. We value dependable team members who take pride in their craftsmanship and are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. Compensation is based on experience, and a $200 bonus is available after four weeks of employment. Applicants must have reliable transportation to and from work, and prior landscaping or hardscaping experience is required. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a 2-3 person landscape crew. Complete landscape and hardscape installation projects with minimal supervision. Ensure quality workmanship while maintaining a safe and efficient job site. Follow project plans and company standards to deliver exceptional results. Maintain a professional attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance. Requirements 3+ years of landscape and/or hardscape installation experience. 1+ year of crew leadership or field management experience. Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Must be at least 21 years of age. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions and on uneven terrain. Availability to work Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed. Compensation Pay is based on experience. Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Snow removal experience is a plus. irrigation experience is a plus
