Overview The Landscape Services Supervisor is a hands-on field leadership position responsible for overseeing assigned landscape services, leading a landscape crew, and performing specialized lawn and turf treatments for JT Lawn and Landscape. This position will serve as a lead resource for chemical applications, weed control, fertilization, turf care, landscaping, and related field services. The Landscape Services Supervisor works under the direction of the Operations Manager and is responsible for ensuring assigned work is completed safely, efficiently, professionally, and to the quality and service standards expected across JT Companies. Responsibilities Lawn, Turf & Chemical Services

• Perform and coordinate all lawn and turf chemical treatment applications.
• Maintain all required applicator licenses, certifications, and continuing education.
• Ensure products are properly mixed, applied, transported, and stored in accordance with label requirements, regulations, and company procedures.
• Maintain required application records, monitor chemical and treatment inventory, and communicate material needs to the Operations Manager.
• Evaluate turf and landscaped areas and recommend appropriate treatment needs.
• Help train qualified employees in proper application methods, equipment use, and safety procedures. Landscape Crew Leadership
• Serve as crew lead for assigned landscaping, grounds-maintenance, cleanup, installation, and related field work.
• Provide daily direction to crew members based on schedules and priorities established by the Operations Manager.
• Work alongside crew members and maintain a hands-on presence in field operations.
• Monitor workmanship, productivity, equipment use, safety, and jobsite appearance.
• Help train and develop crew members in proper landscape practices and JT company standards.
• Communicate staffing, performance, scheduling, or field concerns to the Operations Manager. Additional Responsibilities
• Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager regarding workload, manpower, equipment, materials, and customer needs.
• Assist with planning upcoming work and identifying labor, material, equipment, and logistical needs.
• Maintain assigned vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment in clean and serviceable condition.
• Complete required timekeeping, job documentation, and other field records accurately and on time.
• Assist other crews and service areas as company needs require.
• Participate in snow removal, seasonal work, special projects, and other field operations as assigned.

Skills Extensive experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and groundskeeping practices. Extensive experience in lawn and turf chemical application. Proven supervising experience with team management skills to motivate and lead outdoor crews effectively. Skilled in hardscaping construction projects including hardscape installation and repair work. Experience operating outdoor equipment such as mowers, trimmers, excavators, and other landscaping machinery. Demonstrated leadership in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Knowledge of construction processes related to landscaping projects with attention to safety procedures. Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
