A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

What You'll Do As a member of our Landscape & Irrigation team, you'll help create and maintain beautiful outdoor environments while learning valuable skills in the green industry.
Responsibilities may include:
Installing high-quality landscapes throughout the Manhattan area Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, mulch, and decorative rock Building retaining walls, patios, outdoor living spaces, and water features Installing and repairing residential and commercial irrigation systems Assisting with grading, seeding, and hydroseeding Operating equipment such as skid steers and compact equipment (training available) Maintaining trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment Communicating professionally with customers on job sites Using a smartphone for timekeeping and job documentation Supporting company policies, core values, and a positive team culture What We're Looking For We're looking for teammates who are: Dependable and hardworking Positive and eager to learn Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Committed to producing high-quality work Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons Able to lift, carry, and perform physical work throughout the day Experience in landscape construction, irrigation, construction, farming, or equipment operation is a plus, but not required.
Preferred qualifications include:
Valid driver's license Experience operating skid steers or similar equipment Experience pulling trailers Plant knowledge Strong communication and customer service skills Desire to grow personally and professionally ICPI, NCMA, irrigation, or other industry certifications are a plus.
