We are currently seeking a full-time Landscape Foreman to lead our installation crew and ensure the successful completion of beautiful and functional outdoor spaces. As a Landscape Foreman with Cutting Edge, you will be responsible for: Leading and directing a landscape installation crew on job sites. Interpreting and accurately following landscape drawings and plans. Demonstrating knowledge of various plant species, their proper handling, and installation techniques. Maintaining a clean and organized job site. Operating and maintaining company equipment safely and effectively. Communicating effectively with crew members, clients, and management. Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Proven experience in landscape installation. Strong knowledge of various plant types and their specific needs. Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings and plans accurately. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Valid and clean driver's license. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The following skills and experience would be a plus: Experience in the installation of retaining walls. Experience in the installation of paver patios and walkways. Knowledge of landscape lighting installation. Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and running drip line. Experience with the installation of water features (e.g., ponds, fountains).
