Previous Real Estate management and use of Rent Manager Software is a plus. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to requests from residents Provide excellent service to residents Prepare lots and homes for new residents (cleaning, repairs) Monitor property for safety issues and ensure compliance with local codes Qualifications Experience in property management preferred Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and transportation required This is a Fulltime position Salary plus incentives based on experience Please forward resume for review
