Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscape Foreman and lead the charge in supporting our landscape maintenance and vegetation management services. In this energetic role, you will oversee mowing of lawns, trimming of grass, maintaining of outdoor areas and safe and efficient operating of landscape equipment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills. Supervise and manage landscaping crews to complete lawn care, grounds maintenance, and gardening projects efficiently and to high standards Ensure all outdoor work complies with safety regulations and environmental standards Manage project timelines, materials procurement, and client communication to deliver exceptional results Skills Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and groundskeeping technique Proven supervising experience with crew management and team leadership skills Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Excellent outdoor work experience with a focus on grounds maintenance Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and ensure high quality work daily We value safety and teamwork—if you're ready to lead by example while managing a dedicated crew, we want to hear from you!
Pay:
$25.09 - $30.22 per hour
