Duties Safely operate dump trucks, including tractor-trailers, and flatbeds. Navigate routes using GPS navigation systems to ensure timely deliveries across multiple locations. Comply with DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo details, and delivery documentation in accordance with legal requirements. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any maintenance needs promptly. Skills Proven experience in commercial truck driving with a focus on load & unload procedures. Knowledge of truck driving regulations and safety protocols. Skilled in route driving with GPS navigation systems for efficient delivery planning. Ability to handle manual transmission trucks with manual handling techniques for cargo management. Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record; experience with tractor-trailers or hazardous goods is preferred.
