Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Dump Truck Driver to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will operate heavy-duty dump trucks to transport and deliver construction materials, debris, and other freight across various job sites and routes. Your expertise in truck driving, cargo handling, and adherence to safety regulations will ensure efficient operations and timely deliveries. Duties Safely operate dump trucks, including tractor-trailers, and flatbeds. Navigate routes using GPS navigation systems to ensure timely deliveries across multiple locations. Comply with DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo details, and delivery documentation in accordance with legal requirements. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any maintenance needs promptly. Skills Proven experience in commercial truck driving with a focus on load & unload procedures. Knowledge of truck driving regulations and safety protocols. Skilled in route driving with GPS navigation systems for efficient delivery planning. Ability to handle manual transmission trucks with manual handling techniques for cargo management. Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record; experience with tractor-trailers or hazardous goods is preferred.
