Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Church Sexton to be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of the church facilities. Duties Oversee the cleaning, maintenance, and general upkeep of church buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe and inviting environment. Assist with setting up and breaking down for worship services and special events. Manage security protocols by monitoring access points and being present for routine inspections. Support Church activities by preparing spaces for services, including arranging furniture and supplies as needed. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, church materials, and equipment; coordinate repairs or custodial services as required. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and clergy. Knowledge of facility maintenance procedures and safety protocols within a public building.

Pay:
