PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Greenscape Land Design, Inc. - GSX Division Overview The Production Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager, overseeing subcontractors, personnel, and resources to ensure quality, cost-effective service. This role includes managing subcontractors, service verification, and supporting lead generation efforts. Key Responsibilities Perform snow and landscape quality audits with Operations Manager and clients, recommending maintenance and enhancement opportunities. Ensure contract specifications are met for customer satisfaction. Train subcontractors and Greenscape crews on equipment use, safety, and quality standards. Oversee jobsite production, ensuring timely service and high-quality standards. Conduct regular jobsite visits to identify and address training or operational issues. Manage subcontractors within a specific geography and assist with sales processes, including measurements and site inspections. Participate in snow and landscape operations and assist in subcontractor procurement and training. Communicate with clients and internal teams on service status and property conditions. Maintain a clean and safe work environment for company assets and team members. Requirements 2-4 years of landscape experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience. Knowledge of plant material, horticultural practices, and landscape quality. Strong organizational, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively. Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Clean driver's license and professional appearance. Bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese/English) is a plus. Physical Demands Ability to work extended hours, including overnight in snowstorms. Frequent travel and physical activities (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, climbing). Regular attendance required.
