Role Description Develop and construct outdoor spaces by providing landscape maintenance support to a variety of our outstanding commercial clients' properties. Learn the trade, tools, equipment, safety guidelines, and the Landscape America way. Responsibilities Prepare given tasks by the foreman on client's properties diligently, efficiently, and to Landscape America's quality standards Hauling material, mulching, digging, planting Installing landscape lighting Installing, repairing irrigation systems Installing hardscapes such as walls and patios Utilize ASPIRE Crew Mobile App for time tracking Maintaining a polite, friendly, and responsive demeanor with employees and customers Ideal Candidate Valid driver's license and ability to obtain Department of Transportation Medical Card E-Verify Ability to work in various weather conditions Reliable transportation, travel may be required Ability to perform physical tasks for up to 10 hours a day Ability to lift 40 lbs Available to work snow (90% of snow events) Positive attitude & team player Salary & Benefits ts Wage is based on experience, starting at $25 per hour 7 paid holidays Paid time off MA sick time Health/dental insurance benefits Simple IRA (with a 3% match) Opportunity for quarterly bonuses Reimbursement for Educational Classes grow with us.
