Oversee landscape maintenance projects such as planting, pruning, fertilizing, aeration, and pest control to uphold aesthetic standards. Manage irrigation systems efficiently to optimize water use while maintaining optimal course conditions. Supervise a team of groundskeepers and maintenance personnel, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations. Coordinate construction projects related to course improvements or facility upgrades with contractors and internal teams. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during maintenance activities and uphold high standards of course quality. Qualifications Proven experience in supervising landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or golf course management roles. Strong knowledge of horticulture practices including tree care, gardening, turf management, and soil health. Hands-on experience with irrigation systems, construction projects, and general maintenance operations. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Familiarity with environmental regulations related to landscaping and land use practices.
