Full Job Description Fox Property Maintenance - Falmouth, ME We're hiring an experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and other stonework projects. This role is ideal for someone who knows hardscape construction inside and out and can confidently run a crew. What You'll Do Lead daily hardscape operations and crew members Install patios, walkways, walls, steps, and other hardscape features Set grades, manage layout, and ensure proper base prep Operate skid steers, compactors, saws, and hand tools Maintain job site safety, quality, and efficiency What We're Looking For 3+ years hardscape experience required Proven leadership and crew management skills Strong equipment operation abilities Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors daily Pay & Schedule $25-$30/hr based on experience Full‑time, Monday-Friday Overtime available during peak season Why Work With Us Year‑round employment Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement
