Install Hardscape Foreman

Job Summary Willie C. & Sons Landscaping is seeking an experienced Hardscape Foreman with 3+ years experience to lead a crew installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor living spaces. This role is responsible for managing daily jobsite operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.

Duties Lead and supervise a hardscape installation crew on residential and commercial projects Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and outdoor living features Read and follow landscape plans, layouts, and project specifications Operate equipment including skid steers, excavators, compactors, and saws Coordinate daily work schedules on site Maintain jobsite safety and ensure work is completed to company standards Communicate project progress with management and address any jobsite challenges Train and support crew members to maintain productivity and quality Assist with snow removal operations during winter months when needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

3+ years of hardscape or landscape construction experience Previous foreman or crew leader experience preferred Strong knowledge of paver, wall, and base installation techniques Ability to read landscape plans and layouts Experience operating landscape construction equipment Valid driver's license required
