Overview Join our dynamic landscape team as a Landscape Laborer or Landscape Foreman and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, utilizing your skills in landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, and groundskeeping to create stunning landscapes. Whether you're hands-on with tools or leading a team, you'll be instrumental in delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations. Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation, including planting, hardscape construction, and landscape maintenance. Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mulching, trimming, pruning, and weed control to keep properties pristine Operate grounds maintenance equipment including excavators, skid steer, power tools, and snow plows safely and efficiently Identify plants and trees for proper care, pruning, and health assessment; manage pest control and pesticide applications responsibly Maintain safety protocols at all times, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company policies during outdoor work Support team leadership by supervising crew members, assigning tasks, and ensuring project deadlines are met Requirements Proven outdoor work experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance or related fields Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment, power tools, and hardscape materials Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators skid steer and snow plows when necessary Strong knowledge of horticulture principles including plant identification, lawn care, tree trimming and garden maintenance Familiarity with safety protocol adherence and pesticide management practices Excellent teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently when required Valid driver's license; construction experience is a plus but not mandatory Join us to bring vibrant outdoor spaces to life! Pay:
$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
