Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation, including planting, hardscape construction, and landscape maintenance. Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mulching, trimming, pruning, and weed control to keep properties pristine Operate grounds maintenance equipment including excavators, skid steer, power tools, and snow plows safely and efficiently Identify plants and trees for proper care, pruning, and health assessment; manage pest control and pesticide applications responsibly Maintain safety protocols at all times, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company policies during outdoor work Support team leadership by supervising crew members, assigning tasks, and ensuring project deadlines are met Requirements Proven outdoor work experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance or related fields Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment, power tools, and hardscape materials Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators skid steer and snow plows when necessary Strong knowledge of horticulture principles including plant identification, lawn care, tree trimming and garden maintenance Familiarity with safety protocol adherence and pesticide management practices Excellent teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently when required Valid driver's license; construction experience is a plus but not mandatory Join us to bring vibrant outdoor spaces to life!
