Deck House Tavern in Windham is seeking a

LEAD LINE COOK

to join a great team. This position requires someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can provide excellent food quality and follow proper sanitation and cleaning standards. The lead line cook is a team player, who assists in Direction and Control of the line. MUST have Full Availability Mon. - Sun. Ability to Open and Close the Line. The Lead Line Cook works closely with the Kitchen Manager and Restaurant Manager to ensure guests have an exceptional experience.

Must have solid experience in:

food prep portioning sanitation plate presentation food procurement / inventory Pay is dependent upon work experience and knowledge. This is full time (35-45) hours/week. Reliable transportation and current Driver's License is required. Must have at least five years of kitchen experience and at least one year as a supervisor or manager.
