Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Landscape & Irrigation Installation Foreman to oversee job site execution, lead daily operations, and maintain exceptional service standards for our seasonal operational window (April-November) in the great Ann Arbor/Plymouth/Chelsea areas. This role combines hands-on equipment operation with team supervision and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities Job Site Leadership:

Supervise overall job site progress, ensure safety protocols, and maintain quality control across projects.

Equipment & Material Logistics:

Safely load, haul, and transport essential equipment and materials to job sites.

Equipment Operation:

Proficiently operate field equipment, including skid steers, irrigation pipe pullers, trenchers, and related landscape machinery.

Client Relations:

Serve as a primary point of contact on-site, communicating effectively and professionally with homeowners and project clients.

Qualifications & Requirements Licensing:

Valid Chauffeur's license (or ability to obtain one) with a clean driving record.

Towing Capability:

Proven experience safely driving a pickup truck with an attached trailer.

Industry Experience:

Hands-on experience in landscape installation, irrigation systems, and heavy equipment operation.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform rigorous outdoor manual labor in various weather conditions and seasonal elements.

Compensation & Growth Starting Rate:

~$20.00 / hour during the initial training period.

Growth Opportunity:

Performance-based rate increases and additional perks/benefits available starting next season following successful training completion.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 50.0 per week
