ACCOUNT MANAGER

- and this is not a "sit behind a desk and answer emails" position. We're looking for a

RELATIONSHIP MAINTAINER & BUILDER. A PROBLEM SOLVER.

Someone who loves people, knows the green industry, understands what world-class properties should look like, and takes serious ownership of the clients they serve. This individual will step into an existing book of business, overseeing some of Genesee County and the surrounding area's premier commercial properties. You'll build relationships with clients, walk properties, identify opportunities, coordinate with our operations teams, solve problems before they become problems, and make sure our clients know they are being taken care of.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 3 years of green industry experience Landscape Design or Horticulture degree strongly preferred Strong plant, landscape, and property-management knowledge Tech savvy with strong CRM software experience - comfortable managing client communication, proposals, opportunities, work orders, property information, and follow-up through technology Able to learn new software and systems quickly and actually

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
