A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description

Report to Landscape Supervisor and are responsible for the upkeep of our client's landscape beds and grounds. This role combines hands-on fieldwork with team management and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain current certifications, including a valid drivers license, with good driving record. 2. Handle installations, lawn renovations, pump maintenance, mulch, burlap, shrubs, power washing, drainage, gutters, sprinklers, and clean-ups to meet company and client standards. 3. Manage time wisely, be productive and take initiative in structuring your day. 4. Restock service vehicles/trailers with parts and products daily. 5. Follow safety and environmental rules during applications. 6. Complete daily route by using a tablet/app and complete daily work records. 7. Communicate with Landscape Supervisor regarding compliments and complaints, daily route sheets, tablet/app issues, and work together as a team to ensure quality customer services.
