River Heights Outdoor Solutions, one of the premier landscape companies in the Twin Cities, is looking for hard-working, dependable Landscape Technicians to join our installation and construction crews. If you take pride in bringing landscape designs to life — planting, building, and shaping outdoor spaces — and want to work alongside a team that values quality and hard work, we want to meet you. No experience? No problem. We'll train you. Previous landscaping or construction experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn matter most. What You'll Do Install mulch, complete edging, and assist with seeding for new landscape beds Support paver, retaining wall, and other hardscape installation Plant flowers, trees, shrubs, and other landscape materials according to design plans Operate hand tools and small equipment such as shovels, rakes, compactors, and wheelbarrows Operate commercial landscape equipment safely and responsibly Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Work closely with your Foreman and crew to hit daily project goals Take part in paid training and ongoing skill development What You Bring Previous landscape construction or outdoor experience is a plus Strong work ethic and pride in doing quality work Willingness to learn new skills and take instruction well Punctual, dependable, and a team player Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions — heat, cold, rain, and wind Able to lift 50+ pounds and handle physical, hands-on work throughout the day Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred Available Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends Why Join River Heights Outdoor Solutions?
