Sota Enterprises LLC Sota Enterprises LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Irrigation Foreman to lead our irrigation division across residential and commercial projects in the Twin Cities South Metro. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on irrigation installation and repair experience, along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day irrigation operations, managing crew members, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of irrigation technicians and laborers Oversee installation, startup, repairs, and winterization of irrigation systems Read and interpret site plans and blueprints Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure scope and timelines are met Maintain proper inventory and tools for jobs Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site procedures Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues effectively Maintain clear communication with office staff for scheduling and reporting

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of irrigation installation and service experience Previous crew leadership or foreman experience preferred Working knowledge of residential and commercial irrigation systems Ability to operate trenchers, vibratory plows, and related equipment Strong organizational and communication skills Valid driver's license with clean record (CDL a plus) Ability to work long hours, in various weather conditions
