In this energetic role, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate projects, and ensure high-quality landscape maintenance, gardening, and construction work. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape outdoor environments and showcase your expertise in Hardscape and Softscape Installations! Duties Supervise and coordinate landscaping projects, including planting,sod,drainage solutions,retaining walls,boulder walls, paver patios and walkways and more Lead a team of landscape workers, providing clear instructions and motivating them to achieve project goals Ensure all landscape maintenance tasks are performed efficiently, safely, and to high standards Oversee the installation of new landscapes, including soil preparation, planting, and construction elements Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols Manage scheduling of daily tasks and allocate resources effectively for multiple projects Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, hardscape installations or related construction fields with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of horticulture practices, gardening techniques, lawn care, tree care, and irrigation systems Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster a positive work environment Familiarity with landscape construction processes and maintenance procedures Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project planning and execution Ability to operate relevant equipment safely and efficiently Good communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and suppliers Join us as a Landscape Foreman and lead the way in transforming outdoor spaces!
