```Duties```

• Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in performing various landscaping tasks
• Plan and execute landscape projects, including garden design, irrigation system installation, tree care, and lawn care
• Oversee landscape maintenance activities, such as tree trimming, tree planting, new installation, mulching, sodding, rocking and so much more.
• Coordinate with team to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations
• Ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards
• Monitor inventory of landscaping materials and equipment and coordinate their procurement as needed
• Train new team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures ```Skills```
• Extensive knowledge and experience in garden design, irrigation systems, tree care, landscape maintenance, and lawn care
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Proficient in using landscaping tools and equipment
• Ability to plan and execute landscaping projects within budget and time constraints
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to landscaping
