Lawn & Landscape Crew Lead A&E Mowing -

White Bear Lake, MN Pay:

$28-$35/hour + overtime A&E Mowing is looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Lead to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in quality work, can lead a crew, and is comfortable working in both landscaping and lawn maintenance throughout the season. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of landscape projects while occasionally helping support our mowing crews. This is a year-round opportunity with snow removal work available during the winter. Responsibilities Lead a 2-3 person landscaping crew on landscape installation and renovation projects. Train, motivate, and oversee crew members to ensure efficient, high-quality work. Install mulch, edging, rock, plants, sod, landscape fabric, and other landscape materials. Operate equipment, and trailers safely. Assist with weekly lawn mowing routes as needed, including operating commercial stand-on mowers, string trimming, edging, and cleanups. Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain a clean, organized work truck and trailer. Communicate with management regarding job progress, materials, and customer concerns. Maintain professional workmanship and customer service on every property. Qualifications Previous landscaping experience required. Previous crew leadership experience required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pull trailers and operate commercial landscape equipment. Strong work ethic with attention to detail. Able to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay with overtime.
