Job Summary:
We are representing an opportunity for a Project Manager - Non IT to support security-focused projects and access controls initiatives in a highly coordinated environment. Our team is seeking a professional who can help organize schedules, align stakeholders, and keep complex project activity moving forward with clarity and precision.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities and create detailed plans to support goals and deadlines. Bring together technical and non-technical stakeholders to align schedules, priorities, and deliverables. Present proposals, reports, and findings clearly to clients and internal partners. Review project specifications, contracts, and cost estimates while supporting decision-making.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. PMI or PMP certification preferred. 8-10 years of experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving ability, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, plus the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
