This position will be located at Table Rock State Park 5272 State Hwy 165 Branson, MO 65616 . Shift is primarily Friday

• Tuesday (five 8-hour days per week), 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (30-minute lunch break). Shifts may vary with the time of year and to meet the needs of the facility; that will include working rotating nights, weekends, holidays, evenings, and split shifts. Must be available to participate in meetings, workshops and seminars requiring overnight stays. Responsibilities
• What you'll do Perform basic management duties related to the overall operation and maintenance of Table Rock State Park which include visitor services, budgeting and procurement for minor projects, preservation, research, and interpretation.

Assist staff with project construction, landscaping, natural resource stewardship work and routine maintenance. Oversee and review the work and behavior of various seasonal, volunteer, and full-time staff, while providing performance assessment, coaching, and leadership. Planning, coordinating, and implementing programs. Participate in planning and directing natural or cultural history interpretation, resource management and research for Table Rock State Park. Assist with managing the campground reservation/registration system, present information about the park and park system, enforce park rules and regulations Assist with developing and administering long-range plans, short-term projects, and special events. Assist with administrative functions including annual budget requests, tracking, and managing budget allocations, project recommendations, bidding and purchasing materials and services, and revenue management. Respond to medical emergencies, motor vehicle accidents, personal injuries, disturbances, natural disasters, and any other significant events within the park. Qualifications

(Experience involving management, supervision, and active participation in various activities involving interpretation, preservation, protection, maintenance, and enhancement of state parks and historic sites may substitute for the required education.) (Additional education or experience may substitute for the required education or experience) Training, certification, and/or education in continuous process improvement programs such as Lean Six Sigma as well as completion of Missouri Way, Leadership Academy, and similar programs is preferred.
