We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and hardworking Mowing Foreman to join our team. This is a year-round position for someone who takes pride in quality work, can lead a crew, and is committed to providing excellent service. Position Responsibilities Lead and oversee mowing and lawn maintenance crews Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard Operate and maintain commercial mowing and landscaping equipment Help train and supervise crew members Maintain an efficient work schedule and ensure jobs are completed on time Communicate professionally with customers and management Perform general grounds maintenance and seasonal landscaping duties Follow all company safety procedures and equipment guidelines What We're Looking For Previous mowing or landscaping experience preferred Foreman or crew-lead experience is a plus Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and lead a crew Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license required Pay & Benefits Starting at $25/hour — can increase based on experience Year-round employment Company-paid health, vision, and dental insurance after 30 days of employment, beginning on the first day of the following month 2 weeks of paid vacation per season December 24 through January 2 off and paid , in addition to your 2 weeks of vacation Opportunity for increased pay based on experience and performance If you're an experienced lawn care professional looking for a stable, year-round position with great benefits and paid time off , we'd like to hear from you.
