This is a year-round position for someone who takes pride in quality work and can lead a crew. Position Responsibilities Lead and oversee mowing and lawn maintenance crews Operate and maintain commercial mowing and landscaping equipment Help train and supervise crew members Maintain an efficient work schedule and ensure jobs are completed on time Communicate professionally with management Follow all company safety procedures and equipment guidelines What We're Looking For Previous mowing or landscaping experience required Foreman or crew-lead experience is required Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and lead a crew Good communication Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license required Pay & Benefits Starting at $25/hour — can increase based on experience Year-round employment Company-paid health, vision, and dental insurance after 30 days of employment, beginning on the first day of the following month 2 weeks of paid vacation per season December 24 through January 2 off and paid , in addition to your 2 weeks of vacation Opportunity for increased pay based on experience and performance If you're an experienced lawn care professional looking for a stable, year-round position with great benefits and paid time off , we'd like to hear from you.
