Overview Rost Landscaping, Inc. is a diversified landscaping company centrally located in Columbia, MO specializing in irrigation, landscape design and construction, retail and wholesale locations, and landscape maintenance. The Irrigation Field Quality Supervisor is responsible for a range of duties within the irrigation division, including leading a team of installation crews and providing superb customer service. Responsibilities Work alongside the division manager to ensure installation jobs are completed to job requirements/plan. Assist the division manager with the distribution and delivery of job materials for irrigation, fencing, and lighting. Assist division manager to ensure all locates are made on site before work begins. Assist division manager with keeping warehouse materials in stock & organized. Work alongside irrigation, fencing, and lighting install crews to provide onsite direction and solutions. Work alongside irrigation, fencing, and lighting install crews to ensure projects are complete and jobsites clean before crews leave the site. Lead setting, maintaining, and checking new sod installations. Assist the service department during the seasonal start ups, winterization, and repair of irrigation systems as needed. Collaborate with team to rotate "on call" shifts on some evenings and weekends. Work with other Rost project managers and foreman to ensure new irrigation programs are set and maintained. Ensure all company policies and safety requirements are followed. Assist customers with irrigation & lighting controller training once systems are installed. Qualifications Three years' experience in irrigation industry or other field management experience required. Previous management experience strongly preferred. Class E Driver's License or ability to obtain one - must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check (MVR). Willingness to obtain Backflow Test Certification in the first six months of hire Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to speak Spanish is ideal, but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Must be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend, kneel, walk, and stand for long periods of time. Pay is based on experience. Pre-employment drug testing is required. A service truck is provided during working hours.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
