Job Description

Our client is seeking a Landscaping Division Manager•Turf to spearhead our Turf operations. The Landscaping Division Manager•Turf will manage all field operations within the Turf division while creating and maintaining a positive professional culture and team atmosphere. Compensation and Benefits for our Landscaping Division Manager•
Turf:

Turf:
5+ years of experience in turf management, landscaping or lawn care operations 2+ years in a leadership role (managing crews, supervisors or divisions) Experience overseeing multiple properties, routes and service lines Demonstrated understanding of turf health and fertilization programs Certified Commercial Applicator License Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Proven ability to manage and develop teams Experience scheduling crews, optimizing routes, and ensuring efficient service delivery Experience managing budgets, job costing and controlling labor and material costs
Preferred Qualifications:
A degree in turf management, horticulture, agronomy or a related field Ornamental Turf & Pest Control (MDA-3)
Certification Duties/Responsibilities:
Creating an atmosphere of cooperation and professionalism among team members in the division Coordinating the use of resources including labor, equipment and materials Managing division budgets Ensuring quality and customer service through regular site visions Coaching and developing field staff, including hiring and retention of division staff Acting as a member of the leadership team Other duties as assigned
