Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead and oversee landscaping projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. As a key team leader, you will manage crews, coordinate landscape installation activities, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Your expertise in horticulture, and land development will drive successful project execution across various construction projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape outdoor spaces while fostering a motivated and skilled team. Responsibilities Supervise and direct landscaping crews during installation, and renovation projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Coordinate daily operations for projects , including plant installation, and Hardscape instilation projects Identify plants accurately to support healthy growth and proper landscape design. Manage crew schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all phases of landscaping work. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to plan project scopes and resolve any issues promptly. Skills Proven experience in, landscaping installation, and hardscape installation. Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively in outdoor environments. Knowledge of plant identification, tree care, lawn care techniques, and gardening best practices. Construction experience related to projects is highly desirable. Excellent crew management skills with a focus on safety, productivity, and quality control.
