Responsibilities Supervise and direct landscaping crews during installation, and renovation projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Coordinate daily operations for projects , including plant installation, and Hardscape instilation projects Identify plants accurately to support healthy growth and proper landscape design. Manage crew schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all phases of landscaping work. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to plan project scopes and resolve any issues promptly. Skills Proven experience in, landscaping installation, and hardscape installation. Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively in outdoor environments. Knowledge of plant identification, tree care, lawn care techniques, and gardening best practices. Construction experience related to projects is highly desirable. Excellent crew management skills with a focus on safety, productivity, and quality control.
