For over 20 years, Alpine Reflections has been Southwest Montana's premier full-service landscape design, on-site construction, irrigation, and full-service maintenance company. We specialize in custom outdoor spaces built to last. We are currently seeking motivated candidates to join our Landscape Installation Division . No Landscape Experience? No Problem! If you are hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn, we provide hands-on training, equipment operation instruction, and career advancement.

What You Will Do:

A Little Bit of Everything! Working alongside our foreman and crew members, you will build and install custom outdoor projects from start to finish, including:

Hardscaping & Stonework:

Setting boulders, building flagstone patios, concrete work, building retaining walls, and fabricating steel planter boxes.

Planting & Site Prep:

Planting and removal of trees and shrubs, grade work, installing edging, making driveway islands, driveways, and roads.

Property Enhancements:

Building fences, installing irrigation systems, and installing custom landscape lighting.

Tools & Equipment:

Safely operate hand tools, power tools, skid steers, and mini excavators (training provided).

Core Qualifications Driver's License:

Valid driver's license required. Must be able to report to our Belgrade yard each workday.

Physical Readiness:

Able to perform labor-intensive outdoor work in all seasons (including winter snow operations).

Work Ethic:

Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and a team player. Preferred (Not Required): Experience with tools, equipment, towing a trailer, construction, or landscape work.

Benefits Competitive Pay:

$32-$40/hr for experienced and/or equipment operators. $26.00 - $32 / hour entry/mid-level crew members based on experience and demonstrated skills

Sign-On Bonus:

$500 after completion of the probationary period
